Our Store and These Terms
Iskeno is operated by Brightpeak Trading LLC. These terms govern your use of https://iskeno.com/ and purchases of our gardening tools, automotive accessories, cleaning products, and household helpers.
References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Brightpeak Trading LLC operating Iskeno.
You must have legal capacity to place an order. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information.
Products and Intended Use

Compatibility references identify an intended application and do not imply endorsement by a vehicle, appliance, or other third-party manufacturer.

Prices, Payments, and Orders
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable taxes collected at checkout are presented before payment.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error is discovered, or we cannot fulfill the order, we will contact you and refund any payment for canceled items.
We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Delivery, Returns, and Cancellations
Processing generally takes 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Contact us promptly to request changes or cancellation, preferably within 48 hours of ordering. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Acceptable Website Use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, upload malicious material, or attempt unauthorized access.
Product photographs, designs, text, trademarks, and other content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights.
